All non-custom orders are processed within 1-2 business days. The processing time is subject to change if there are any complications with the order. Please keep in mind that while the shipping carrier is working very hard to get packages delivered in a timely manner, there may still be delays due to COVID-19. We ask for your understanding and patience during this unprecedented time.
Regular Orders take 5-8 Days to Arrive. (Unless the item is sold out we will contact you regarding your order taking a few days longer).
Custom Orders take 3-4 Weeks to Arrive. Once a Custom Ordered has been confirmed refunds will not be allowed. Our company policy is no returns or refunds

DAMAGES/LOST PACKAGES
BQuest Beadz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
